CT FACE ART receives requests on a daily basis for donation of services, Obviously we simply cannot accommodate everyone. However the information below can assist you our guidelines to obtaining our donated services in a mutually acceptable way.
 
Completely free to event and public:
CT Face Art does donate services to a very limited number of events during the year at NO cost to the event or public. For these events you must meet ALL required guidelines.
Event must take place on a NON HOLIDAY date or weekday NO WEEKENDS PLEASE.
You MUST be a non profit organization hosting an event free to underprivileged children. ( if there is a charge to families to participate in event, or if activities are on a fee basis, donated services will not be provided) NO EXCEPTIONS
Event must provide a line manager to CT Face Art services during the entire time that services are taking place. Clear signage stating start and end time of event. Donated time frame will be limited to two hours.
CT Face Art is allowed to use a tip jar for those willing to tip to help assist in offsetting our supply cost.
CT Face Art will be included in any marketing materials for the event be it print or otherwise.
CT Face Art will choose design list to be used, and time frame during the event to provide services.
CT Face Art reserves the right to change time frame or cancel the event with as little as 24 hour notice.
Should your event be cleared for donated services you will be given our paperwork to sign and fax back to us. We will not provide any services without this returned to us.

If you are a company that would like to sponsor CT Face Art artists at an event to provide services on your behalf to the event please e-mail us at sponsor@CTFaceArt.com .

 We can provide you with location, dates & cost of events interested in obtaining our service. We will help you to reach your demograhic target area based on our ongoing list of events.

Festivals and fairs

CT Face Art will consider festival and fair events that we charge per design to event goers. Below is some more information on these opportunities. Please no Vendor applications. CT Face Art is Family entertainment.
 
CT Face Art face painting entertainment attracts families to your event. Our artists are able to produce high quality full face transformations in amazing speed. It is common for our artists work to attract a crowd of on lookers as well as media attention. Our work is often featured in local newspapers highlighting events we attend.
 
Events that qualify are:
Ongoing Annual events
Family orientated
Advertised well
Include CT FACE ART in advertising
Public can withstand a charge of $5- $10 per full face design
Allow sand art necklace activities to be included as well
CT Face Art would have exclusivity of face painting services.
